Platform Overview

The logistics aggregation operating system for modern African commerce.

Tumr is a logistics and commerce orchestration platform. We provide standard REST APIs, rider GPS telemetry, wallet escrow holds, and courier rate comparison. Tumr is live in Nigeria, with additional African markets planned as we expand.

Rather than integrating with multiple courier services separately, merchants connect to Tumr once to access unified quotes, rider dispatch, geocoded addresses, and ledger-based settlement.

Core Capabilities

Rate Aggregation: Query quotes across on-demand rider marketplace options and carrier fleet linehaul options in a single API call.
Escrow-Secured Billing Ledger: Order funds are held in escrow upon dispatch and released to the rider or carrier wallet upon verified delivery via recipient OTP.
Scan-to-Claim Dispatch: Riders scan package QR tags in the Tumr Rider mobile app to claim dispatches.
Telemetry & Tracking: Rider GPS updates power live tracking links customers can open without an account.
Agent Referral Share: Field agents earn a 10% share of platform commission on attributed deliveries, up to a capped number of deliveries per referral.

All IDs, names, timestamps, amounts, and statuses shown in example requests and responses throughout these docs are illustrative — they show the shape of the API, not real customer data.
