Free: 3.0% (cap ₦3,000) — covers Paystack + platform margin. Starter/Pro: 1.5% (cap ₦3,000) — Paystack pass-through only, Tumr takes 0% cut. Enterprise: 1.5% (cap ₦2,500) — discounted cap saves ₦500 per large sale. All fees are all-inclusive of payment gateway processing.
Deliveries processed through Tumr carry a platform commission — 20% by default, set per market on the rate card. The rider or carrier keeps the remainder. Where a delivery was referred by a field agent, a share of the commission goes to that agent (capped per referral).
No. Carrier subscription is opt-in. Carriers earn through the 80/20 logistics commission split with no mandatory subscription. The Free tier covers basic fleet management (5 riders, platform rate card, basic dispatch, scan pages). Premium Go features are available when a carrier chooses to subscribe.
