Tumr holds the delivery fee in escrow and releases it to the carrier only after the recipient confirms delivery via OTP or QR code. This creates trust and reduces disputes. Previously, cash-on-delivery and prepayment were the only options, both of which carried immense friction. Our ledger automatically moves funds once proof of delivery is verified.
