How can we help?

Getting Started

Visit the registration page and select your role (Merchant, Carrier, or Rider). Complete the onboarding form and verify your email to get started.

Most merchants can start with just an email and phone number. Riders complete KYC with a government-issued ID, and carriers can upload fleet insurance documents during onboarding.

Account verification times vary. You will receive an email notification once your account is approved.

Payments & Billing

When a merchant creates a shipment, the delivery fee is held in escrow. Once the rider completes delivery and the recipient verifies via OTP, the funds are automatically released to the carrier wallet.

Carriers and riders can withdraw earnings to their linked bank account. Withdrawals are processed via Paystack.

We currently support Nigerian Naira (NGN). Additional African currencies (Ghanaian Cedi, South African Rand, Kenyan Shilling, West African CFA Franc) are planned as we expand to new markets.

Technical Support

Start with our Quickstart guide in the documentation. You'll need to generate API keys from your dashboard, then follow the step-by-step integration tutorial.

Tumr retries failed webhook deliveries automatically (up to 5 retries). Check that your endpoint is reachable over HTTPS and returns a 2xx response.

Email [email protected] with the request ID, timestamp, and steps to reproduce.
